Description:
Colors are my fun. I had not used the color Antwerp Blue in a long time, so I mixed it with other blues and yellows to provide the background for this watercolor of a sunflower from my yard during the summer. I really like the contrast of the blues with the yellows in the flower head.
In a home show I displayed this painting in a white 16 x 20" mat with a dark, dark blue liner. It was a stunning piece of fine art. Enjoy!
